Delivery & returns

Local florists handcraft and deliver most Sympathy Bouquet orders. Timing depends on the recipient ZIP code, the arrangement, and the date you choose at checkout.

Delivery timing

Same-day delivery is available in many U.S. and Canadian metro areas when you order before the local cutoff. Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days when same-day service is not offered.

Substitutions

Partner florists may substitute stems, containers, or accents of equal or greater value so the design stays fresh and on-style. If a specific flower or vase is essential, call us before the order is fulfilled.

Refunds and satisfaction

If an arrangement arrives damaged, late, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will work with the fulfilling florist to replace the order, issue a refund, or offer store credit. Perishable flowers that were delivered as scheduled and later wilted are not eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations

We can usually cancel or change an order if the florist has not started the design. Call as soon as possible — same-day orders may already be in production.
